Use the Grappling Point to descend the dam where Rafael fell and balance to reach him. Now loot his corpse to get the Far Cry 6 Dam Shed Keycard. Ascend to the upper section of the dam, then head back to the shed where you found the orange box. Open the shed, and inside, you’ll find the Excavation Execution Shotgun.
With the key in your inventory, descend the stairs. Use the key to get inside the armory, then start looting the place. The Yaran Contraband Chest, which contains the FC6 El General Unique Auto-Pistol, is found on the other side of the armory by some wooden crates (also pictured). Get the pistol, then head outside and continue your exploration

Teaming the La Varita with the Triador Backpack can make challenging encounters far less so. You can even target a tank's operator, neutralizing the vehicle and enabling you to take the vehicle if so desired. Go to the F.I. Escudo Steel Plant and get the El Caballero grenade launcher. This can even be done without clearing the base.
