Reset procedure not working. I'm trying to help a friend out with her 2012 Passat TDI because the "won't start in x miles" hasn't reset despite draining and filling the adblue tank with VW fluid. She's left it KOEO for 30 seconds. She took it to the dealer and they said she needed to flush it and refill it (I assume they mean drain which she did).
