So I'll try install LSPD into a "MODS" folder. and Just make a path like this for the weapon mods. citizen\dlc_patchDay3NG\x64\models\cdimages\weapons\ in here goes the weapon mods. For the vehicle mods you'll have the path like this citizen\dlc_patchDay3NG\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\ and here goes the vehicle mods ytd/yft. Non-DLC cars can also be modded but they go in a different folder
The issue is during the original launch of FiveM, other processes like playing and actual use of FiveM after launch is not affected and you can continue without the VPN. Keeping post up as others may be experiencing the same issue & there is currently no official solution, possible workaround check Edit 18:53pm SAST.
Fivem itself is GTA stripped down to almost nothing and then it’s up to the server owner to build it up and make it a server people want to play. For example when I created a server that had nothing in it I was hitting 120-200fps but after a few months of hard work and over 100 resources later I chill at 60
