Click Not Listed If you bought it on steam. Browse your program files (x86) click steam, then steam apps, then common. Find your gta vc, open it, and hit next. Click troubleshoot Program. ( Do not click try reccomended settings) Select the program worked on earlier versions of windows but wont install now.
In the search box on the taskbar, type Run programs made for previous versions of Windows and select it in the results. Select Next, select the program you're having trouble with, then select Next again. Select Troubleshoot program (or you can select Try recommended settings to try that). Select the problem you're having and follow the process.
All it is, is a matter of pressing ESC a few times while constantly moving your mouse. Yup it worked, was that simple, thank you ! You don't need to spam the ESC key. Just hit Shift+Tab to open the Steam menu thing then Shift+Tab again to exit. Guaranteed way to get the mouse back when it stops working.
