How ever the system have several flaw. Because even if you are set on offline if you move in the world like swapping map or join WvW it will show you as offline but your location will change. So if you have a stalker on you then this will help the stalker. If you are in a guild and go invis, you will still be show as a dot on the map.
2 friends from league of legends bugged me over a period of 2 weeks to buy this guild wars 2 game I wasn't particularly interested in. I finally gave in and bought it.
